THERE IS NO ORGANISED WORKERS IN DIT. THIS BECAUSE THE WORKERS IN DIT ARE BELOW 50 IN NUMBER AS SUCH THEY CAN NOT UNIONISED.OR STAGE A PROTEST OR REGISTER.

The industrial relations in DIT is very cordial and harmonious. This is due to conducive atmospheres for both workers (union) and the Management which enable them to come to round table for collective bargaining. This has foster harmonious relationship between the two parties in DIT.
