The Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies (L3IFDHES), formally called the International Foundation Year (IFY), is a one-year pre-university qualification which includes a significant degree of English language teaching. The qualification is designed to provide an entry route to UK and international university courses or progression onto the NCC Education Level 4 Diplomas in Computing, Business and Business IT. The Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies (L3IFDHES) aims to improve general and academic English language ability, enhance study skills and cultural understanding and introduce academic study in English in the fields of computing and/or business at a suitable level.

The Level 4 Diploma in Business (RQF) (L4DB) makes up the first year of the NCC Education Business Degree journey. The qualification is equivalent to the first year of a business degree in the UK university system. Students will be introduced to the many different aspects of international business in today’s world. Embarking on the qualification they will be exposed to both academic and vocational aspects of a wide range of subjects, enabling them to gain the necessary knowledge and skills vital for a career in business or further studies. On successful completion of the qualification students will be able to continue their studies on the NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Business (L5DB) or at a UK university, or work in one of the many areas of the business world.

The Level 4 Diploma in Business Information Technology (RQF) (L4DBIT) makes up the first year of the NCC Education degree journey. The qualification is equivalent to the first year of an IT degree in the UK university system. Students will be given the opportunity to develop essential thinking and study skills in IT and business through a balance of academic and vocational subjects. They will be able to contribute to the development of computer systems and networks, databases and websites in a business context, whilst also developing an awareness of business needs. The qualification will allow them to understand and enter the IT and business profession with the necessary knowledge expected within the industry and the ability to apply the skills to a range of IT-related functions. On successful completion of the qualification students will be able to embark on NCC Education’s Level 5 Diploma in Business Information Technology (L5DBIT), which is equivalent to the second year of a UK Bachelor’s degree, transfer to a university or pursue a career in the IT industry.

Level 4 Diploma in Computing (RQF) (L4DC) makes up the first year of the NCC Education degree journey. The qualification is equivalent to the first year of an IT degree in the UK university system. Students will be given the opportunity to develop essential thinking and study skills, not only within the computing domain, but also within the context of business through a balance of academic and vocational subjects. The qualification will allow them to understand and enter the computing profession with the necessary knowledge expected within the industry and the ability to apply the skills to a range of IT-related functions. On successful completion of the qualification students will be able to embark on NCC Education’s Level 5 Diploma in Computing (L5DC), which is equivalent to the second year of a UK Bachelor’s degree, transfer to a university or pursue a career in the IT industry.

The Level 5 Diploma in Business Information Technology (RQF) (L5DBIT) makes up the second year of the NCC Education degree journey and builds upon the knowledge gained during the NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Business Information Technology. Students will be exposed to more advanced topics in a range of areas including information systems analysis, database development and the principles of business operations. Students will study a balance of academic and vocational subjects in order to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to play a significant role in IT and business organisations. On successful completion of the qualification students will be able to complete the final year of a degree with the NCC Education Business Computing and Information Systems Top Up validated by the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), the University of Greenwich Business Information Technology Top Up delivered at our Accredited Partner Centres, at one of the many universities that recognise NCC Education qualifications, or pursue a career in the IT industry.

Exposing students to greater detail and more advanced topics in a range of areas including economics, marketing, finance and management. Students will study a balance of academic and vocational subjects in order to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to play a significant role in business organisations. Upon successful completion of the qualification, students will be able to apply to study at one of the many universities that recognise NCC Education qualifications, or pursue a career in the business industry.

The Level 7 Diploma in Business Management (L7DBM)(RQF) qualification is designed for graduates or experienced managers wishing to develop a career in management. Choose to study any of our eight professional units to help you understand and apply up to date management theory and practice in the fields of marketing, information strategy, project management, finance, leadership and entrepreneurship. Take a short, focused programme of study with our master’s level unit certificate to enhance your skills, knowledge and understanding in your field. Or, complete our comprehensive Level 7 Diploma in Business Management choosing any 6 of the available units to enter or progress your career. Top up, with only 60 credits, to a full masters from a UK university. Students will explore an extensive range of contemporary issues and develop the critical, analytical and practical skills to succeed as managers and leaders. They will develop and refine their academic skills at master’s level.
